A health questionnaire will be sent to you. This questionnaire is a few pages long but it is important to complete as much of this form as possible and return it to the naturopath a few days before your appointment. On the day of the appointment use the zoom link to sign in to the session with your naturopath. You should receive an email with a link. The consultation will take approximately one hour. After listening to your complaint, a range of questions will be asked to ascertain the cause of your problem. You may be prescribed herbal medicine in the form of liquids, tablets, capsules, powders or teas. You may be prescribed supplements, diet and lifestyle advice and / or be requested to undergo testing. You may be given a treatment plan or required to return for further investigations and update of treatment.
